8th-year Floral Visual Director based in Seoul. I primarily work on spatial floral installations for brands and personal large-scale floral artworks, and occasionally, I also do outdoor landscape design.The materials I use are fresh flowers and artificial flowers. For installations that need to be displayed for a long period or structures that are difficult to implement with fresh flowers, I mainly create sculptures using artificial flowers.I enjoy creating structural forms—whether complex or extremely simple—usually with no more than one to three types of materials. I love creating large floral sculptures together with my small team of floral staff. I draw inspiration from architecture and formative art pieces. My future plan is to create even larger and more complex forms of structures. I pursue a direction of creating forms that other florists do not do.
